Rasberry Freezer Jam

- Qty = 6 ; 8 ounce jars or freezer containers

Preparation
Dry Pectin Method
- Mix sugar and fruit and let stand for 10 minutes
- Whisk water and pectin in a sauce pan and bring to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down (stirring constantly)
- Boil hard for 1 minute continuing to stir
- Add cooked pectin mix to fruit mix and stir for 3 minutes
- ladel into jars and leave 1/2" headspace
- put in fridge for <24 hours to set
