Rasberry Freezer Jam

Ingredients

6

8 ounce jars with lids
3 Cups crushed berries
5.25 Cups sugar

0.75 Cups

water
2.67 TBLS Classic dry pectin

Preparation

Dry Pectin Method

  1. Mix sugar and fruit and let stand for 10 minutes
  2. Whisk water and pectin in a sauce pan and bring to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down (stirring constantly)
  3. Boil hard for 1 minute continuing to stir
  4. Add cooked pectin mix to fruit mix and stir for 3 minutes
  5. ladel into jars and leave 1/2" headspace
  6. put in fridge for <24 hours to set
  7. Freeze or Eat...
